On June 22, 2010 The Fresno County Fire Protection District (Fire District) established a Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos) for new development within the Fire District.  Two (2) separate tax zones have been established. Zone 1 is in the Millerton Newtown area and Zone 2 includes the rest of the Fire District’s territory.
