Administration Bureau
The Administration Bureau manages the Human Resources and Finances for the Fresno County Fire Protection District. The Administrative Officer II (AOII) reports directly to the Fire Chief and supervises the Administration Bureau Support Staff and is responsible for the development and management of the District’s Annual Budget and Cal Fire Agreement. The Administration Bureau also has (1) Clerk of the Board/Volunteer PCF/Reserve Administrator, who handles the daily administrative needs of the District’s Board of Directors and the administration of the Volunteer Paid Call Firefighter/Reserve program; (1) District Finance Analyst, who handles account payables and receivables, payroll, and helps to manage the District’s budget; (2) Personnel Specialists that provide support to the District’s Schedule A Personnel with regards to salary and benefit questions; (1) Administrative Secretary who provides administrative support to the Fire Chief and is the first person to greet the public when they walk into the Front Desk Reception area.
The mission of the Administration Bureau is to strive for excellence when managing the administrative needs of the District and to provide the best and most professional service to the residents of the District.
